Amherst Police Detective report that because of several tips that they received from the public via social media sites and WGRZ Channel 2 News, they were able to identify the suspect who stole $150 worth or merchandise from a Niagara Falls Boulevard grocery store.
The incident occurred on 1/24/2013. The security footage of the suspect was posted on the Amherst Police Facebook page and Youtube Channel one week ago.
