Amherst Police Looking for Persons of Interest in Stolen Credit Card Caper.

The Amherst Police are looking the persons of interest shown in the security images below.  The images were taken at a Niagara Falls Blvd business on 8/4/2013.  Police would like to identify these persons and talk to them about stolen credit cards.   The victim was shopping at an Amherst grocery store when her wallet was stolen from her purse which was in the grocery cart.

***TIPS FROM THE PUBLIC HELP TO IDENTIFY SUSPECT*** 

Amherst Police Detectives report that because of numerous tips that they received from the public via social media sites and local news, they were able to identify and the suspect who approached a female who was followed to her Eggertsville home from a tanning salon and attempted to grab her.

Police Looking for Man Who Accosted Eggerstville Woman

Amherst Police are trying to identify a person of interest who approached and attempted to grab a female. 

A man who followed a woman from a tanning salon to her Eggertsville home Thursday evening, attempted to grab her as she got out of her car.  The woman screamed and the man ran back to his car, a newer white sport utility vehicle, and drove away.

Amherst Police Seek Identity of Person of Interest Selling Fake Watches

The Amherst Police are looking to talk to a person of interest who may be involved in counterfeit watches.  The person of interest may be in the Buffalo area selling counterfeit Rolex watches at area businesses.

The person of interest is shown below in the security photo is described as a Hispanic or black male 35-45 years of age around 5’8” tall and 200 lbs.  This person of interest may use the name Frank Alvarado with a Illinois identification card.  The person shown here is also wanted in Pennsylvania, Indiana and Texas.

Male and Female Use Stolen Credit Card at an Amherst Store

The Amherst Police are looking for a suspects who used a stolen credit card at a Niagara Falls Boulevard store on 7/11/2013.  The victim reported that she left her purse in the shopping cart while putting her shopping bags into her car.  When she got home she discovered the wallet missing.
