BUFFALO, N.Y - With spring around the corner its almost time to brush off the grill and start planning on those BBQ's. Smokin' Eagles BBQ is presenting a Southern BBQ Cooking Class Saturday April 16 at Artisan Kitchens & Baths, 200 Amherst Street in Buffalo.

The day long class features International BBQ Instructors "Rocky" Danner, Jeff Danner, and Danny Montgomery teaching the arts of grilling Chicken, Pork, Ribs, and the Beef Brisket. The Smokin' Eagles BBQ Team will also teach you how to cook with a Dutch Oven using charcoal.
